Would anyone happen to know if adjustable sights
are available for the MKII & MKIII tapered barrel pistols?

LPA makes a low profile adjustable rear that fits in the factory dove-tail and works with the tapered barrel front sights.

Midway sells them, I believe.

These are all backordered currently. But they look to be on-par with the olde Pachmayr rear sights.
