The AC130 was our main (fixed wing) support craft when I was in.... warthogs would park at gray army airfield but as far as I can recall, never worked with them.... but I do have memories of spectre supporting us....

Perhaps you mean A-10 as the Air Force recently adopted the AC-130J.
