I was wondering if some of you could help me find one of these at a decent price. I shot a buddy's 45lc Bisley a while back and have just fell in love with the way it feels in hand. I have just set my sights on one these but have not been able to locate any in SS and in 357 caliber. Any of you might know where i could find one?

By the way i'm new here. I found this sight by searching for ruger stuff and i am learning so much info on ruger firearms, which i love, I can't go a day now without checking out and reading all the new topics. I am definately hooked. :D

Sorry I can't help. But welcome to the forum. It is a great place to hang out. I'll be interested in the replies also. I like the way they look but under the impression the bisley ruger style isn't that great for a small hand.

Keep your eyes on GunBroker and AuctionArms. Also try posting a WTB here in the classifieds.
I know where there's a consec #ed pair but they're staying put. ;)

My wife has small hands and prefers the Bisley in the 44 Mag SBH Hunter.

Its my understanding that 357 SS in that barrel length was never a catalogued item and only specially made up for Accu Sport. So they are a little hard to find, but they are out there. You would have to look on the used market.

I looked for awhile before this one came available. Not so easy to find up here in Maine...

Gizmo, I like the pic and I believe that is what i'm looking for.

Well it looks like Treedoc has come up with one for me. Thanks for all the info. This is a great forum for Ruger info.

If any of you are interested in the old guns of yesteryears (1911,m1garands,m14's) here is another great place to find info on these firearms and others. There are a lot of Veterns on this forum. Here it is www.m14tfl.com . I now split my time between this ruger forum and The Firing Line forum. Check it out lots of good guy's there.

Well I finnially got the Bisley 357 from ol Treedoc today. I picked it up this afternoon from my FFL and put a few rounds down the tube and i must say I'm very happy to say the least. When i can figure out how to post a dang pic i'll let you all have a look. Anyway guy's, Treedoc is top notch. I would trade with him without any worry. He's a man of his word and that says a lot in this day and time.
