A small gripe...twice in the "classified" section I posted/PM'd for adds that were there. I was the 1st and only posting and both times I was told the items were already sold. It would be nice if "SPF" or "Sold" was posted in the add by the OP and save someone the extra post. I think that would be proper. Done gripe-ing!

I agree.... but it seems some folks are selling their stuff everywhere.... on the rare occasion I sell something here it is offered here exclusively.

to add to the gripes.. is when folks remove the 'asking' price after selling something. Still can't figure out why they do this..... I'm not into buying a lot but I do like to know the asking price for items.

Maybe "Flatgate" can smooth out the posting in classifieds "Guidance for Posting" and just list them.
Say;
1...
2...
3...
Just maybe common sense and good manors/form and civility.

The first time I was bummed the second time it happened I was rankled.

I too miss the deleting of prices. However, I have been on some of the other forums where the classified's have become overly regulated. It is nice that our classified's leave the sellers some freedom to advertise their items as they choose rather than have moderator's jumping down their throats for every little "violation."

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change.
I'm one of those people who post everywhere. I do try to update the post with SOLD if the item sells elsewhere, but to be honest sometimes the ad has been so old I forgot about it.

That's another option. Ads are for XX days or x weeks, etc.
After that they will be deleted?

I don't use them so it doesn't bother me either way.
