Those 308's might work good with a little powder adjustment.
I don't know what to say about those 300 Blackout rounds. Maybe just a little too long.

The possibility exists that I may have found my problem.
At least this will be easy to test.
The picture shows the bullet on the left failing to be pulled with a collet puller and partially completed with an inertia puller. The right bullet was pulled completely with the inertia puller.
Both sustained enough damage being pulled to render the bullets useless.
Crimping was done in the same fashion and tension as any other bullets with the Lee Factory Crimp Die. It's possible these bullets are not fishtailing but are now actually out of gyroscopic round due to crimping them.
These bullets appear to have a very thin jacket and I'm probably damaging them by crimping.
The next batch will not get crimped.

I've found the best accuracy out of my .300 BLK (Supersonic) by not crimping, but I'm also shooting a Ruger American Ranch instead of an AR. I'm curious to see your results on the next batch, those Nosler 220's look like they would be a really cool bullet.
I just got notice that we are about to have timber harvest this week on our property where my shooting lane is located. This weekend I have to bush hog a couple of property lines, remove deer stands and the target backstops so it may be a couple of weeks before I get back to testing.
