I left the house for work Monday last week and just arrived home this evening. To say it was a tough couple of weeks of work would be a massive understatement. It was one of those weeks that I joked with my coworkers that as I was driving down the Interstate, I had to remind myself to not run into any of the overpass pillars.

I arrived home to a couple of boxes waiting on me. One contained an item I have been on the hunt for quite a while and the other something I didn't even know existed until recently that I immediately added to my must have list. Both of these items came to me through the mentoring/tutoring relationships and friendships I have been blessed with on this site. These took my mind off work and put a smile on my face. A really big one if you ask Taryn.

THANK YOU

That bit is sweet & could not have gone to a better home :D
Very nice items! What did you sweeten the bit with JAYDAWG? I didn't realize that you liked to play horsey so much that you had a Ruger bit! I bet your saddle is impressive as well and adorned with a lot of pretty glittering marbles!
Do you let your riders play with your Type 1 Flatgates and do they use spurs to make you go faster??
I'm surprised that you let someone else have your bit or did you upgrade?

See where you take my mind??!!
Love ya man!!

The bit didn't come from JAYDAWG, and it definitely has a really nice saddle to go with now. Although Jay is welcome to come over with his Type I's and practice his Cowboy Action skills any time. I don't have a horse but I'm sure we can find a stand with wheels to put it on and someone to drag him around on it, maybe even make horse sounds to make it more authentic.....

I know the bit didn't come from JAYDAWG but I still have to bust on him for saying it was sweet!
Long running joke from ROCS and now here. I have a strange sense of humor and it overtakes me sometimes
Maybe I can find one of those electric horses that used to sit in front of supermarkets. Give JAYDAWG a roll of dimes and let him go!
