77 mk2 one piece rail help

hi fellas first post ,so hello form ireland
i am having a problem with mounting a new scope to my rifle it's 30mm s&b prescision hunter i have run out of windage but am still 1.5 in right of centre at 50yrds , i don't want to shim the scope so am investigating the one piece rail option so i can use windage mounts which i have any pointers or help would be great
