Any one add the Timney or some other trigger enhancement to their carbine??

Results??

How about shimming the bolt??

Volquartsen target sear goes a long way in cleaning up the trigger pull.

I've used them with good results, cost about $30

Good luck

Where does Volquartsen list sears for the 77/XX rifles? Their web site doesn't show any accessories for these guns that I could find. The only Ruger rifles they offer accessories for are the 10/22s

I also used the Volquartsen unit with very good results on my 77/.357. Just looked and didn't see it on the website either, maybe discontinued.

A 5 minute search and I found Volquartsen sears on eBay , Timney sears at Midway , and complete Jard triggers at Brownells.

The 77/** are all the same. 22's , 17's , 357's , 44's , and even the 77/50 muzzleloader...

I have the Jard kits in my 77/22's and had a 77/357 with one as well. Excellent triggers and easy to install.
