Well I guess I waited too late. Brownells and MidwayUSA both say 'out of stock' for factory Ruger 77/44/357 stocks. Thinking it would look really nice on my stainless 77/357. Maybe with Ruger discontinuing this rifle there will be some more walnut stocks available??

I have a 77/357 that I put in a walnut stock that I will be selling in May/June. Pistol caliber rifles are illegal here where I live (Romania). I have it stored at my brothers house in Tennessee. It's a beauty and a solid 1.5 MOA rifle with my hand loads and some factory loads. I will post it in the classifieds about a month before I come back to the U.S.A. for my vacation. RJ

I will move in with him for about a week. If I can do an FTF sale I will probably sell the walnut stocked 77/357 for $500 (no scope or rings) and will throw in several hundred virgin brass cases. I also have a JM Marlin 336 LTD SS in 35 Rem. (500 made) that I will be letting go of. RJ
