500 Maximum Brass??????

I have come into some of this stuff in a trade it is new and says Hornady 500 maximum on the bottom of it but came in Cast Performance boxes?? Does anyone know much on this, it kinda almost looks like a S&W 500

That stuff is worth about $1 a piece if new. You did well.
