44 Carbine Modifications

I was wondering if my Ruger 44 carbine can be modified to use a clip? Can it be setup to use the Ruger Deerfield clip or maybe a clip from a desert eagle or PPSH-41 / 44... 35 RD MAG, 4 PACK. Can you let me know if its possible.

Ok how about a tube extension, almost like what the cops do with an 870 I would like to be able to hold at least 3 or 4 more rounds.
