Just called and they will send box today and to expect 2 to 3 week return of the dam thing. Giving up and buying a GLock.
 
I received my box yesterday. I called immediately, but I have been unable to contact Ruger to get my pick up scheduled. They have not returned my message. Of course I know they are busy, but....

I called again today and left another message.
 
I registered around April 11 and have now received the box and UPS picked it up today. With any luck I should have it back by August 12.

I dialed repeatedly until I got a person on the line. It took 5 trys. UPS picked mine up today.
 
Got mine in the mail just a few min. ago. Trigger is a little stiff but the travel in the trigger is a lot shorter than the original. If this gets better with use it should be a big improvement. Got a mew mag and a Ruger SR9 hat. The mag is much easier to release with the new setup. All that is left is to take it to the range and see what it does!!? Going to do just that some time this week. They only had to ship it 3 miles. They actually had to drive by my house to get it to UPS. It was only a week since I took it up to Ruger. :o
 
Like Chortdraw, my SR9 came back this afternoon via UPS (despite the fact that they were supposed to call me so I could pick it up at the factory).

Nothing much else to report that hasn't been said. Magazine, hat, new trigger.
 
UPS picked up my recall box yesterday afternoon, and it's already out for delivery in AZ to the factory.

Okay... add me to the list - recall complied with. I dropped it off at the UPS Hub near me on 21 Jul and just got it back today. A nine day turn around (includes a weekend).

Nothing that hasn't already been shown, but here's my new trigger....

Is the first part of that word nless stain? I don't have that mark on my SR9. Also if it is stainless why is your slide matte black? What is the test fire date of your SR9? Confused...

the black slide models are a blackened stainless steel... i think mine says the same thing
 
I registered my two SR9 pistols with Ruger for the recall work on 4-14-08 and haven't received a box for either pistol yet; still waiting....
 
It sure would be nice to get some more detailed feedback about how the new trigger assembly is working from those of you who have received your re-worked pistol back from Ruger and shot it. :)

My UPS driver picked up mine today 7-31-08. I have read other posts and it sounds like the turn around time is good. Looks like some extra goodies are coming back w/pistol also :D
 
I registered on 4/10 and received my box today. I won't be able to call Ruger for a pickup label until late next week. I'll be out of town on vacation. What a timing mess-up. If I'd gotten the box yesterday, I could have had it out of here today and then on vacation. Now, I'll be delayed further...... :x
 
The UPS guy knows me from my ammo purchases. He drives into the area, working the other side of the street and then normally returns on our side of the street.

Well, this morning he's honking his horn while I'm outside, when he's on the other side of the street. Finally he makes his way back to my side and honks again. He comes up and said, "someone must really want your package by having it go air". I have the box ready. He slaps the label on it and said it would be delivered Monday.

My Loonngg wait is just about over...I was April 10th.
