I was looking through the safe and happened upon a trio of .380's. Thought it may be a change of pace to post a pic. Anyone else??

Colt Mustang Plus II, Beretta 84B, and of course an LCP. :D

Nothing special, either, but here's a few pics of my Kel-Tec P-3AT and Ron Graham Zulu II holster:

Nice gun, reliable and accurate (for what it is), and a really nice convertable holster that goes from front pocket to belt to wallet-style with two snaps.

However, unlike Cholo, I don't find the P-3AT to be "pleasant to shoot." It requires a very strong hold, due to the tiny grip, or else it will FTF or FTE due to limp-wristing. I've got the grip down, so it's not a problem anymore; but, getting to this point took a lot of shooting and a fair number of blisters, as well.

I also have a Bersa Thunder .380 in two-tone finish, though I don't have pictures of that one to post. Here's another one exactly like mine, though:

It's a really nice gun and I enjoy it very much.

The biggest problem, of course, is the current price of .380 ammo. But, I think it's starting to come down, so maybe I can start shooting these a little bit more now...

I love .380s, especially now that Hornady makes their Critical Defense ammo!

Here's my old AMT .380 Backup. It has spent many a hot summer day being carried in a small of the back (yea, I know it's not considered a good thing anymore) holster. It's semi retired now, but back when it was new, they were about the smallest .380 around.

WAYNO, it must shoot or you wouldn't have it........... :D

Tackle box gun?.........or last resort? :D

Joking aside, I had one of those and it worked "okay". Never misfired or failed to cycle, but damn ugly.

mm6, nice PPK.

FastEd, I used to have the little Llama, it was loose but it was accurate and never failed to fire. Wish I never sold it, but part of the money went to my Walther so it worked out for me.

Well, that's a nice bunch of .380's folks! Seems like a lot of people have and carry these guns even though they get slammed pretty hard as a "barely adequate" defense gun. I always say, "It beats the hell out of a handful of rocks!"

Thanks for sharing!

A couple of the smaller kids, of course an LCP and a Beretta Mdl 1934 (1943 vintage) in 9mm Corto, or .380 ACP. The beretta is a great little gun, simple, and solid. No high tech, but I like!

I've got an old LLama .380 auto.
Nice pistol and it works good.
But it is a little loose.
Good pocket gun...

Oh my...many years ago I had one just like it, except my grips were black. LLama guns are generally cheap in price. I bought mine for $200 bucks at the time. Bought it at a gun store, but later discovered you could buy them all day long at gun shows for $175. You're right, it is kind of "loose". I would say more like a rattle trap.

Mine was a fairly accurate shooter, but would start to jam on about the 3rd or 4th magazines that were shot through it. Had to be thoroughly cleaned, between short intervals, to operate reliably.

I'm not so kind with it, and evaluate it to be the crappiest gun I've owned...sold it a few years after getting it.

The only two I own. Both have been transformed into MightyMice from the top bullet to the bottom bullet. Anybody can do it with everyday household items...like a cork screw and a bottle of wine:

Got a few of those, 380's are fun and easy to carry. Some are bigger than others

Have 5 of them here: An early unaltered KT P3AT at the top, a Remington M51 .380 center/right between the minis, below that a Colt Govt. .380, an old AMT .380 Backup at bottom/right, and a Ruger LCP to the right of the NAA .32 (and a KT P32 hard chrome at the center/bottom):

Anybody fired a SIG 238 yet? Is it blowback or locked breech? Reminds me of an old Star left in the dryer too long! But I'd be interested to hear some shooter feedback on it. SIGs usually work.....

Ah... the old Llama! I had one of these in 22.. what a sweet little gun, although not the highest quality.

Guess what!?!? I was at a pre-shot show in MPLS this past weekend for dealers only (I guess SHOT is too) and saw a new BROWNING Mini 1911. It was a scaled down 1911 just a little (Perhaps?) bigger than these llama's were... but only available in 22. It felt really like a nice little gun. Its on their web site already and the Rep. said it should be available in 203 weeks. Retail is $600 but I bet street price will be less.

Anyhooooo
