357/9mm convertible

Is the Flattop stainless version on a slightly smaller frame size than the standard Blackhawk? Does it have a pinned front sight.

It is slightly smaller than the standard with a pinned front sight. I have a Lipsey .357/9mm stainless with a 5.5 barrel and shots like a rifle with my one hole rear peep sight. I bought it new from one of our forum sellers and it is a keeper.
