Thanks for the positive comments. The grips are old Jay Scott faux stag. I had bought several jacket zipper pulls from Ruger. I ground off the attachment loop of the medallion and polished the edges. Measured the medalion at .745 in dia. Drilled .750 dia. shallow holes with mill flute and glued the medallions in.
