3" GP 100 blue 38spl ???

Hey all,

Got a chance to get a used 3" blue gp 100 and its marked 38spl, I dont have the SN so I cant check when it was made but it looks in great condition and the seller wants $380, is this a good deal? I know 3" guns are a little harder to find but was this an early production gun and that is why it is 38spl

They made these up until fairly recently. I saw a new one in a local shop just two or three years ago with a price of $559. I'd say $380 is reasonable.

I think the 3" blued 38 spl is a bit on the rare side. The 357s show up from time to time but not the 38s. In particular, the short lug is very rare.
Just my $0.02 worth.
