How common were the 77 expresses in 270? I know they are not made any more.

And how much would be a reasonable price?

Not a lot made. I see them selling for $1000 to $1200.

Any price under $1000 should be reasonable.

The last place I saw them new and for sale was CDNN in 2004/05. It was 899.00 blowout special. I almost bought one. Wonderful rifle.....and the circassian turkish walnut on those is got to worth at least half the 1075.00. I think Ruger sold them for 1600.00+ new. Congrats on the new express. I have kicked myself many time for not doing the deal back in the day. Thanks for righting my wrong...LOL. Enjoy !!!

Yep....It was like new. It was missing the rings ( 50.00 fix ). Plus, I have a wonderful scope ( Kahles 1.1 to 4 x24mm ) to stick on top. I would have had to change the rings out to 30mm anyways. I'll try to get some pics up when I get it finished.
