Hello I recently aquired a 77/22 k-hornet and just had a basic question about reloading dies. I do not plan of FL sizing the brass only neck sizing. Hornady sells a .22 short neck sizing die http://www.hornady.com/store/22-Cal-Short-Neck-Size-Die-1-Each/and a .224 bullet seating die http://www.hornady.com/store/-.224-Seating-Die-4/
These should be the only dies I need to reload 22 k-hornet correct or am I missing something? Another side question if these are the only dies required to reload the 22 k-hornet why are the k-hornet specific dies so much more $ ?

Full length sizing dies for wildcat cartridges are expensive compared to popular factory cartridges, I think. I bet neck sizing will work good cause you are only using that one rifle. :D

Not a Hornet guy. I shoot 218 Bee. I bet at some point you will need that full length sizing die.

I have to agree with Mr. Terry here, that brass will stretch even in its improved "K" form. You will need a FL sizer at some point.
