Folks my old 89 Ford f-250 with a Navistar 7.3 diesel let me know the engine oil cooler needed replacement. PROBLEM: I cant find one of the darn units. I can parts or pieces but not the whole unit. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it immensely! You see I drive her to my offduty job.... What cop doesn't have 1 or 2 moonlighting jobs. If you know of anywhere that carries the entire assembly, please contact me. Mrs Joe said I can have a new truck in 2028 when Im 68 .

Hi,

I dunno anything about that 7.3 engine, Joe. A friend has one, but I think he even has his mechanic check the oil and air up the tires! However, a quick search for "7.3 oil cooler" yielded a whole bunch of coolers and seals. Some claim to be "complete" whatever that means in this installation. They show a funny looking tubular piece (the cooler body, I assume) and about a half dozen gaskets/o-rings. Looks just like the YouTube videos show. Prices start around $100 and go up. A lot. Might be worth a minute to look.
