They just need an armed security guard in the back with an automatic weapon. Once the thieves were trapped inside, a couple of controlled burst could have resulted is permanent correction to some of their actions.

This didn't start yesterday or last year. In the early 80's, the person in charge of the local DFS office stated that a higher number of welfare recipients increased her pay scale so the office 'fudged' numbers and encouraged participation.
GA commented about the number of 'baby mamas' who were making a good living off of ADC/WIC/EBT. In fact, one older BM commented that she was soon going to be in dire straits since her younger kids were reaching the age limit for all these handout programs and she was too old to have more babies.
