Ruger Single-Six in .22 cal, how old is this box?

I found this box in my father's things. He has been gone for many years now so I cannot ask him about the box. How old do you think the box is? I know I don't have the revolver so I would be willing to sell the box. It looks to be in great shape and even has the owners manual inside. I would take $100 or make me an offer.

The RSS4 models I think started in 1959,, or there abouts. The manual in the box has a date in the lower R/H corner of 8/1/1959. So it was produced after that.
