I think that having the engraving on the cylinder makes it a great gun, but overall it is too small for shooters with normal size hands. I was gifted one, but found it too small, so I gave it to my teen G'Daughter who liked it and found it ergonomically sound.
Agreed on the cute factor, but I do love shooting them!

Do they make the shopkeeper in blued any longer? Or did they ever? lol
They have made the Bearcat Shopkeeper in blue, but it is a “Distributor Exclusive” through Lipsey’s distributors.

Note that the blued Shopkeeper has a 3.5” barrel vs. the stainless Shopkeeper’s 3.0" barrel, so they appear slightly different.
I think the blue one is harder to get a hold of than the stainless. And more expensive.
I wish my stainless shopkeeper had the 3 1/2 inch barrel. The ejector rod don't completely push the empties out on the 3 inch barrel version which can be a pain in the butt. I bet on the longer barrel it would eject them completely out.
Short answer-
Try turning the cylinder slightly. Use the ejector rod on the mouth of the case, vs. running it all the way into the base of the case.
Using this technique, I have no problem fully ejecting the cases from my revolver!

I've never been a fan of the Bearcat as I have large hands, but I sure do like the looks of yours!

I bought one for the kids, they very much prefer my single six. I also prefer the SS, but still enjoy the Bearcat.

Mine was a fine quality little jewel, but gifted it to my youngest grandson for his 13th birthday last year.
Bought the El Paso Saddlery holster (made for Texas Jack's in Fredericksburg, Texas), and it is a very good fit.
