Ruger 44 carbine peep sight

Not anymore. And even if you could find one, you still have to drill and tap the side of the receiver in order to mount it. I wouldn't do that, and apparently neither would the majority of owners. That's why is was discontinued.
Williams WGRS mounts on the top rear holes, Plenty of them around.

Well that settles that, there is no Williams sight currently manufactured that will fit the .44 Carbine. The WRGS RU22 will not fit!
