Does the magazine wriggle, or does it disconnect?

Periodically I'd find the magazine of my LC9S disconnected. It would still be in the magazine well, but it wouldn't be latched. I called Ruger Service and they told me to send it in and they'd check it. The UPS man picked it up Monday with a prepaid label, and Fed-X brought it back on Friday...

I have an El Paso Leather and a Holster Store holster for my SR-1911s. I don't have any use for thumbbreaks

I'm not sure which one is more fun, my Cmd or my full size SR-1911.

I've been using Ruger and Kimber Pro Tac-Mags with no problems......

I have several Midway bags. I use two for the range, one as a bugout bag, and one carries my wife's camera gear.

I put the Pearce finger grip on my 5" SR1911 and love it!

I picked up a Lazer-Lyte to use while dry-firing....

Today I got to take out my SR-1911 and S&W M&P-9 for the first time, and they both performed perfectly. The SR-1911 was most accurate., and I really enjoyed shooting both. It was only the second time out in two years and since my minor stroke. I was happy with my shooting.

Just bought a new stainless 10/22. My other one must be 40 years old. When did they come out with the new magazine release? I like it.

Load up those mags, and don't worry about it. I have Ruger and Kimber Pro mags, and they're all great!

My Kimber Pro mags, when fully loaded, need to be "slapped" into place, otherwise they just won't seat and feed.

Because I had been living in California I couldn't get one, and in fact, this was the first one I had seen. And since Ruger is my favorite manufacturer (I have more Rugers than any other brand) I just had to get the SR1911.
