Periodically I'd find the magazine of my LC9S disconnected. It would still be in the magazine well, but it wouldn't be latched. I called Ruger Service and they told me to send it in and they'd check it.
The UPS man picked it up Monday with a prepaid label, and Fed-X brought it back on Friday!! The packing slip says they replaced the grip frame, magazine latch, and magazine latch spring.
Thank you Ruger for the fast service. Ruger has never let me down.
