The SR22P is no longer on California's approved handgun list. My local range also had to send back to Ruger all their new and rental SR22Ps. Anybody know the reason?

Harbor Freight no. 67617 5 Lb. Metal Vibrator/Tumbler on sale now for 54.99. I have used this for a few years and it does a fine job. They also have an 18lb. model no. 96923 for 149.99. Most of these tumblers are made by the same guy in China. The only differences are the labels and the prices.

Here in Northern California, reloading components are getting very hard to find.

When my MKIII Target was new, it gave me fits too with FTE's( Failures To Eject) and assorted other malfunctions. I finally had to send it back to Ruger and when I got it back it worked much better. But I also added a Volquartzen extractor as suggested by the wise folks at this forum and that...

My P95 DC (manufactured around 2001) does not have any hint of a crack or blemish in that area. I shot many rounds through it.

Hangfire, Thanks for your suggestion. I'm sorry I didn't notice your post until now. Anyhow, you're right...that space does clog up with residue and I will pay closer attention to it.

I shoot Miwall .38 and .357 often and I've never had any problems with it. The price is hard to beat.

I had that same spring break when my MKIII was fairly new. Ruger sent me a new one and it still works fine after thousands of rounds.
