Tim, I'm curious how your Accustrut works out. I can't bring myself to install one. My minis can reach out and hit a bad guy at 100 yards. I always figured that's all I needed. The only after-market part I've ever put on a mini-14 is a tech sight.

Reports indicate the newer Mini-14s are indeed more accurate than the older guns with the pencil barrel. Not to say you shouldn't buy an older stainless Mini. I own two and enjoy them for what they are--but they aren't extremely accurate. They are extremely reliable and a hoot to shoot. Nothing...

All I can say is Yes! I've been wanting Ruger to build a 9mm LCR for a long time now. I'm glad they did and I hope to get one (or two) soon!
