I like 4227 for my Ruger GP 100 6" with 150 -158 gr bullets . For hunting Im using [max] 16 grs. :lol:

This set of instructions is very well written and is the BEST way to set up the seater/crimp die. Can a Mod here make it a sticky???

The recoil from from 1 or 2 rounds being fired MAY cause a Bullet to slide back into the case some on a unfired round, which could cause a "compress" load. A compress load will cause higher pressure ,this may well damage your gun + hand!!!!! I crimp every thing, its just a lot safer ..

Hello, I was given a box of Rainier Plated 125gr Flat noise. Anyone got a "mid-level" load using W231 for the 38 Special? To get about 700 -800 Fps would 4.2gr of w231 be about right ?? What has worked best for you for a GOOD target load? Just cant stop feeding the GP100 :lol:

I went with a 12lb main + the 8lb trigger. I can sure feel the difference in the trigger,especially from the cock position! The paper targets will catch hell now!!!!!:)

Hello, I just git the wolf spring kit, can any one tell me what weight is the stock hammer + Trigger set at ? I got a 9, 10, 12 hammer spring and a 10 + 8lb trigger spring. Which [2] should I used to drop 2lbs on each one??? A big thanks for your help!!!

I ran across a deal on a 6" GP100 357-SS with the half lug barrel with2 grips , a rose wood insert rubber grips and another all rubber grip. The gun is nice and tight,but I see 2-3 very small scratches on it. Would 325.00 be a fair price to pay ?
