I have been looking for .32 caliber bullets, seems to me 85-100 grain bullets are hard to find these days. Would appreciate ideas for finding plated, coated, thanks.
Thanks! I’ve been loading plated bullets for plinking and targets but my sources have dried up for the time being I guess. I’ll give these sites a look.https://rimrockbullets.com/xcart/?target=main

Hey thanks, I’ve considered casting and if government intervention gets any worse in Colorado, I might not have any other options. For now I’ll just keep buying when I find em.You could cast and coat your own. Then you would control your bullet supply.
You could message me with a phone number and I could either call or message back my phone number. Mine is a Colorado number, but I moved to Missouri and kept my old number.
Thank you, I’ll definitely look into them! I’ve ordered some from badman and they look good.you might try this guy , he has some listed on Gunbroker

Thanks, I’ve had some luck finding some target bullets. I do like have some Hornady hollow points loaded up, they are expensive but quality.Powder Valley and Grafs are usually my first choices for bullets and new brass. Both stock Hornady, which is what you're probably going to want for serious work. Midways an option too, but they're always more expensive, kind of like Brownells.
Bad Bad Leroy Brown carried a 32 gun in his pocket for fun! Very popular caliber for decades, still hanging around today but it’s been pushed lower on the shelf. Here in Colorado I see a few boxes of .32 auto on a lot of shelves but 32 Long, 32 H&R, 327 Fed Mag are very hit and miss. Hornady and Speer reloading bullets are around in all the popular calibers but plated and lead bullets for .32 and 45 Colt for target and plinking like Berry’s are getting to be internet only, and .32 bullets dry up more now even on the web. I’m always checking sites and stores so I haven’t run out, but I do get to worrying occasionally.I don't know if anything has changed, but here in NJ .32 and .25 ammo became illegal to sell for years. They were always associated with "Saturday Night Specials" back in the day. I have see a very few .25s around but not much on .32s My suggestion would be to try some Pennsylvania suppliers. They seem top be coming up with almost everything these days.
I just looked at the pricing for cast bullets online. Holy smoke they're high. I cast my own too and even with gas checks my cost is around ten to twelve percent of what I saw. Time to buy a few more moulds!Bullet casting and coating = immunity from bullet shortages.

Thanks Brassy, Matt's is new to me!Matt's bullets sells a few types of cast .312 bullets. I find the spire point interesting. Currently a 5 week backlog but his prices are fair.
