I just got a 1973 walnut stock 10 22 its a beauty :)

I had to decide between a mark 1 or this, couldn't afford both so picked the 10 22 and took it apart to clean it and and didn't do anything it was too immaculate, and has a 4 power scope an old Japanese bushnell, looks unfired lol, sure hope its a shooter.

Great find. Really like those older 10/22s!
I just stumbled on a 1976 10/22 today. It comes home in 10 days. :x California wait!

that great Larry H, yep there is something about the older ones, and I got to take it out today and it was very accurate, didn't shoot it scoped yet but so far so good.

Fixed it for you, needed the (img)(/img) tags at either end..... use brackets instead of parenthesis though.
