I like the looks of it. Interesting that they have 9mm and .45, but no .40 (yet). It's gonna be compared to the M&P because it has a lot in common, at least externally.
Takedown is the same as my M&P, without the step of having to stick a pen or pick down into the mag well to flip a lever.
Grip panel interchangeability is a good thing, like the M&P, but, unlike the M&P, requires a tool (#10 Torx according to the owner's manual that is on that link). This is not that big a deal, as grip swaps aren't, in the long run, something most people will do on a regular basis (at least in the field). Odd thing is that the manual says to remove the slide in order to change the grip panel. Can't see why from the illustrations.
Definitely no mag disconnect, if you believe the printing on the side of the pistol ("will fire with magazine removed").
