    WTB - Ruger Brass Padlocks

Thought I had 4. Turns out I have one small, one a little bigger and 2 of some type I don't even know. They've been in a drawer for years & could use a little semi chrome if they're for show. Which'a 1 ya need? all?

    Ruger Blackhawks and additional cylinders

I purchased a New Model 45 convertible 5.5" blued around 2001/2. I purchased it with the idea in mind to shoot the cheaper 45acp & just shoot the 45 colt when hunting. That didn't work out because I started hand loading for it after I purchased my 1st box of factory 45 colt. Later on around...

Older powder types for 327 mag.

I've had better accuracy out of my Blackhawk w/AA#9. H110 is a little faster on velocity but accuracy is better w/ AA#9 & 100gr XTP's. I have some 115gr swc I've been wanting to try but it's on hold until it cools off some. 32 on the left 44 on the right, both from NOE molds.

    Bullet Lube

http://www.lsstuff.com/ I've tried to make my own lube w/various different concoctions. I can't even by the ingredients & make my own as cheap as I can buy it from white label lubes. I found BAC to be more to my liking for most pistol loads.

    The .45 Colt Cowboy Special....

Not quite the same but I had my cylinder cut so it'd fit the auto rim. I also had to have the throat cut to .452 so it'd chamber a wad cutter. I saw the idea in a Handloader issue.

    Ruger #3 223 value?

A couple years ago I purchased an Immaculate #3 in .223 from a forum member here in the classifieds. I paid $700 for the gun and am happy to have even found one for sale. I thought I was going to get to enjoy it along w/my #1 in 45/70 but the "boss" took it over cause she fell in love w/it after...

    .44 Special pet loads?

I use Power Pistol...about 8gr..got it out of an article of Handloader sometime back. I cast a RCBS 44-250K & size to .430. It just trips my giggle switch. I have a couple other loads to try once the heat breaks & it cools off some. American Select is a powder I have and haven't had a chance to...

powder measure for Lee turret press

That set up with the Lee PPM will work with extruded powders, I load my 45/70 with 50ish gr of 3031 & the PPM is most accurate and no crunch like the RCBS or Hornady. Using it w/H110 is going to have you digging deep into your vocabulary each time you move the handle. I'd wager you'll want a...

powder measure for Lee turret press

I use a Hornady or RCBS with the case activated feature. I'm using a Classic Cast Turret with 4 stations. The good thing about the Lee set up is the expander/powder drop arrangement. I use the Lyman "M" die so it takes away 1 station. If you seat & crimp in the same step it works, if you crimp...
