My four reloading manuals are older and do not cover the 327 magnum cartridge and my powders are Unique, Bulls eye, Blue dot, IMR 4227, HS 6 and H 110. Will these work in the 327?

For the 327 Federal Magnum you can find loads for the 100gr XTP on the Hodgdon website for IMR 4227, HS-6 and H-110.

H-110 was made for the 30 carbine cartridge but works really well in the 327 magnum. I wish I had one to shoot. :D

What projectile are you intending to use?

Hornady 9th Edition has HS-6 listed with 2 of their jacketed bullets.

Lyman 4th Edition has Unique, Bullseye and Blue Dot listed for various cast bullets.

What? A 30 Carbine or a 327 Mag.? I know for a fact that a 30 Carbine is a hoot to shoot.

I will probably make a trip to Sierra, d
own at Sedalia, Mo. to see what they have to offer in their sales room. I have used their bullets for years. They sell them by the pound pretty cheap.
Thanks for the reply guys.

I would call and see what they have. Sometimes they will tell you some times not.
FYI,last time I got some seconds I would have been better off to have bought boxes of bullets. The prices are not as good as back in the good ole days.

Good idea to call ahead.
Seems as though we miss a lot of things from the good-ole days, but I shouldn't complain. I have been blessed.

I've had better accuracy out of my Blackhawk w/AA#9. H110 is a little faster on velocity but accuracy is better w/ AA#9 & 100gr XTP's. I have some 115gr swc I've been wanting to try but it's on hold until it cools off some.
32 on the left 44 on the right, both from NOE molds.
