The crack appearing was not the problem as that is normal wear. The problem
was with them using south american "maintenance" to do checks that we
used to do in the USA, but the airlines want to "save money".
I only did the field strip of my SR9c first time. Everything was fine.
I think the second time I pulled the stryker and cleaned it and the channel.
I have not cleaned the stryker since then.
Yes, save it when you can. I have heard dozens of times for reloading. The big problem is finding them after shooting.
I average finding about 85 out of 100.
I use mostly federal, but I did run 100 rounds of WWB, no problems at all.
My SR9c has never ever miss-fired, miss-fed, or had any problem!!
