Winchester has their new Japan made Model 71 available that would be your best chance of finding a untouched one, MRSP on those is $1.659.99, for a original it will cost you if you can even find one and the sky will be the limit price wise I'm thinking $5k and way up for a good one, myself I prefer the model 86 cause it can be had with full length magazine instead of the chopped down short one the 71 has.

Good luck on finding an unmolested one for under 2k.
I opted for a super nice one that had been d/t since I hunt with it on occasion and the vintage Alaskan scope that came on it really made the package. I also have the Browning repro just to plink with, If you consider shooting a .348 plinking.
