I have a set off a New Vaquero.
I chipped the area around the right escutcheon when I stole the escutcheons.
I don't have any ruger escutcheons/screw available, but I can put some aftermarket brass parts in em.
$10 shipped as is or $13 with a set of brass escutcheons and a screw of indeterminate origin.

I have a set off of a 50th Ann Flattop with Ruger Emblems and hardware....including the grip screw. They are brand new and were taken off immediately after I purchased the gun.....
