Check Brownell's catalogue and look at the fiber optic front sights. As a last resort, you can have the sides of a regular one narrowed then have it reblued. Before bluing, remove any burrs and the present blued finish. A dip in mild acid such as muriatic used for cleaning bricks and mortar will yield a dull finish that will make for no reflections and better aiming. After the rinse from the acid, be sure to preserve it with WD-40 or oil until it reaches the person that will reblue it. Hope you get good results.
