I've gotten brass from Midway within the last year, are they out now? By the way, I am also collecting serial #'s still. I don't have them all yet.......but did get a neat pair thanks to a fine freind.......#60, which, yes, it did, belong to Randy Travis!, and serial #61. Coogs.

Yeah, and it is one of those "No Backorders" products. High demand compared to low production. And infrequent production. Graf's says the same thing.

tulsamal, my buddy bought some new 357 maximum brass at the Ohio Gun Collectors Assc meeting in Oct. I will see if I can get the vendor info for you. They had a plastic tote full of it.

I went to the big Tulsa gun show just to get some Max brass. Nobody had any. The guy who usually comes to the show with all these ammo cans full of brass he sells by the pound.... didn't show up.

Since Coogs brought this thread back up, I need to thank all the people that PM'ed me about brass. Three different people were willing to sell me some. I've got 200 pieces reserved for me now. Thanks everybody for being such a good group. The Classifieds here is much more than just a place where people post things for sale. It's an actual community where people go out of their way to help each other. It's why I've probably bought 10x more on this forum than any other one.

But it would be better if somebody just starting with a .357 Maximum bought mine as it comes complete two steel gripframes, orginal 10" barrel,
a compensated barrel, orginal ammo, empty cases, reloads, reloading carbide dies and a beautiful factory Ruger employee polish as done to Super Black Hawks. :!:
