Oh yea.... there are a couple of active threads speaking about the SR40. I bought one two weeks ago, have put about 200 rounds through it, no problems... thought the recoil was quite manageable.

There is some concern about a perceived "grittiness" in the trigger, that I have yet to experience.

I did a thorough field strip and cleaning prior to its first trip to the range. As I stated before, I had NO problems. I like the look, feel, handling of the pistol.

I put 100 rounds through one at a range.

The trigger was a bit gritty for me for about 40 rounds, then smoothed out. Quite silky now.
