This 3" SP101 .357 is my first new revolver in 25 years. At this time I'm not interested in a trigger job - but it does feel a touch rough so wondering if a couple hundred dry fires would help break in the parts that make contact? I know Ruger says it is fine to dry fire, question is specifically if it would help break in the moving parts. Sure would be cheaper than shooting up all my precious ammo breaking it in.
