Window sticker observed.....

There is a huge truck down the street that has the following: "If it flies it dies" Has a duck organization decal next to it.....probably not the best endorsement. LOL

Ducks Unlimited is an organization composed of duck hunters. Not a duck hunter myself, but am a member as the gropue does support wetland protection. Wat's good for ducks is good for all critters.

You might have noticed I did not identify the organization on purpose..
And the owner did not specify ducks in his statement. We have (IMO, unfortunately) in my neighborhood several 'dispensaries" and thus have some folks who are 'flying high'.:ROFLMAO:

DU been to a couple of their dinners. Games (Duck Roulet) You bet on a number and the ducks walks over the board. Whoever has the number the duck squirts on wins. Won a20 ga Green wing as a door prize one year.

Saw a big jacked up pick up one time the bummer sticker said Warming the earth one trip at a time.

I avoid any bumper stickers or window stickers that might give a viewer the idea that I own a gun, let alone might have a gun in the vehicle. Doing so changes no one's mind about gun rights and does me no benefit at all. Not only don't I want to give away the advantage of being quietly armed, I also do not need the harassment of some anti-gunner keying my car or doing other damage because of a pro-gun communication. Maybe some folks think that by putting a bumper sticker like "Glock" makes them look cool or tough, but I think it only makes them look foolish and vulnerable. Maybe its not the current fashion but I still believe in being "the gray man".

I don't like to put stickers on my car
The beater truck has a few just to blend in with the locals
Like you, I avoid all stickers. There are a few folks around me whose vehicle lools as it it is held together by stickers. But I do enjoy reading those of others.

Another thing about pro gun or any gun stickers on a vehicle. If it is parked for an event it becomes a target for being broken into looking for weapons. Thieves end up with guns that way more than a lot of people realize.

The one that gave me a laugh was on a huge lifted truck. It read “This truck just burned all the gas your hybrid saved”.

This was at a campground a few years back.

I had one that said “Not A Liberal”. Loved that sticker. Sold the truck and couldn’t find another.

All you need is for some rapid anti-gunner see a gun sticker and call the police saying you flashed. Depending on jurisdiction, you could be in big trouble.

As to stickers. Making a long story short, my daughter called me in a frantic. The doors on the Explorer would not unlock, she had a very important test she had to drive to from her college dorm. Spent about 1/2 hr diagnosing all manner of problems. I finally ask her, “is there an RMEF sticker in the rear window?” She gets quiet, and says never mind, I’ve got it now.

At 0400 every black Explorer looks the same I guess.
