Related to woodcock and equally hard to hit. Great picture. How'd you get him to stand still? All ones I've ever seen were going about 2000 mph in the opposite direction.....

Got to see a pair of these up close and personal myself over west of Childress this week on my way back from the Linebaugh shoot. Neat little birds. Thought about seeing if I could get them scooped into a sack with a stick, but I didn't want to alert the local hogs to my presence :mrgreen:
