will scope clear front sight

Will a Burris 2x7 variable pistol scope clear the front sight on a Super Blackhawk Hunter with standard rings? Mine currently has a fixed Burris 2x that nearly touches.

I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your exact question. But I expect it will. But your front sight blade on both Hunter models is quick detachable for just that reason. Push on the button and the sight blade slides out to the front.

I traded the stock rings for extra high ones so I would be able to keep my irons sighted in.
