Well I've beat the drum long enough for a P-345 in that caliber and Ruger has responded to my requests by raising their middle finger at me. Well I may be setting myself up for another New England salute by asking "Why not a .40 S&W P-95?" Yes I know, one can say to just go buy a P-944. But I feel a .40 Cal. P-95 would be a novel idea. Heck, there's plenty of "Plastic'Tastic" guns out there so chambered, and I think it's about time ol' Ruger do something/anything to turn up the lights in their dim production line. PUHLEEZ.

While I've never reallty been a fan of the .40, I think if Ruger built the P95 .40 cal in the same price range as the 9mm, they would sell a ton of them. It may be that since it cant be sold in all states, due to the lack of LCI and mag disconnect, it may not be worth it for all of the design and retooling.

For better or worse the next new .40 Ruger releases will probably start with SR.
