Wondering how many here believe in chiropractic medicine?
I’ve had it over the years due to car/motorcycle accidents, etc., not to mention some genetic deformities in my spine.Wondering how many here believe in chiropractic medicine?
True but like leos they do little to remove the bad ones until its too late.Like all disciplines there are good chiropractors/medical doctors, and there are some who should see patients. I have gone to chiropractors in the past, and received care that stopped my pain without need for drugs, that my medical doctor gave me(I didn't take). Since I got a Sacro Wedgy, I haven't needed a chiropractor, because it does the same thing at home.

Years ago in a medical journal I read the results from a comprehensive study that compared patients' perceived physical healing. The study had six different groups which were separately treated with physical therapy, chiropractor, accupressure, accupuncture, psychological counseling, and a control group which received no treatment. Interestingly, findings from each group were relatively equal, there were no significant differences in patient perceptions about their healing progress, except of course the control group which felt they did not improve. I was particularly intrigued to read that the group which only received psychological counseling perceived their physical ailments as improving just as much as the other groups which received some form of physical intervention. Figured that was pretty telling.
