Who can cut ring mounts?

Want to add OM rings to a Ruger Redhawk in 357 mag that I just acquired. It is in a 7 1/2" barrell. Not milled for rings currently. Want to stay away from an after market set up if possible.

Does anyone know of a good smith that could do this?
