Which grips

So when looking at Ruger 3 screws like my 357 how can I tell which grips will fit it? I could post a picture but I am trying to figure out how you tell other wise?

XR3-red is the style of frame. This is awesome now I know what I need

Take a look at the drawing below. One of the grip panels off your gun is going to fit in the three inch square as pictured below.
