It's from being in the secret squirrel super secret special ops ranger seal team elite tactical unit SWAT tactical special forces imaginary battalion. Only he and a few mall cops have ever been inducted into it. And there's obviously a high bounty from imaginary assassins worldwide on their heads.

IIRC this unit was formally known as the Designated Operational Unit for Special Confidential High-level Enterprises and Battling Autonomous Gangs (better known by the acronym and code-word DOUCHEBAG).

In all fairness it's my understanding this squad was the first to be issued the incredibly destructive .30 SUPER CARRY round well before us mere mortals had it available on the commercial market. Them being such super dangerous individuals they deserved such a fine and powerful caliber.

Many of the folks I used to work with went on to be Border Agents or continued to do interdiction flights. Nowadays they are basically in such a program. Their families are constantly harassed by DOXING, the Drug Dealers have set bounties based on a standard scale, and Uncle Sam has put everything behind the curtain for their protection along with keeping poor publicity under wraps.
