Tradhunter, the Heritage shoots great, much better than you would expect from a $150.00 gun. The fixed sights on mine are lined up perfectly with impact. Unlike the Ruger it is somewhat ammo picky. It doesn't shoot .22 Shorts worth a darn, but most 40 grain LR ammo does great. I bought my Rough Rider like new in a pawn shop for $100.00. If you like the old Colt SAA mechanism the Rough Rider is a great, low cost choice. It has a manual hammer block so you can keep all six chambers loaded.
