in 45-70?

Sorta idly hunting one. I would send one to Turnbull, and may, but have it in my head that a factory or limited run offering would hold its value better as such.

It appears they still offer these services.

Matt, I sure hope they (Turnbulls) still do it. I just sent them a #1 on Saturday. Their website still lists that service.

Thanks. Specifically, trying to find THE 45-70 commemorative rifle. Just don't recall what it was commemorating ... just a special run ... or what ... so as to do a better google search.

They absolutely still offer this service. There are no issues with it. I just watched the Custom RCA 475 #1 we are giving away in Tulsa, get done yesterday. The results were spectacular.

This is a regular order for Turnbull.

The Catalog number for the 45-70 that Cabela's did is the same ) Catalog Number: 1-S | Model Number: 1327 )

They bought the 45-70 and then sent them to Turnbull to be done so the model is the same
